Plans

With the 'Priority Retainer' plan, you will receive our 'White Glove' service.   You will be able to access Scott and/or Raegon (depending on your business needs) with prioritization over other clients that are on our project based plan and typically spend less than on a project by project basis. 

• You will pay a simple monthly rate, and we will integrate with you to help solve the business challenges you face.

• This plan requires a 3-month commitment, and you can even receive a discounted rate for a 12-month commitment on a single or combination of Plan Levels.

• 3 different levels of this plan (Optimize, Strategize, and Transform) are available to provide the appropriate level of on-going collaboration and support for your business.

Some businesses have a specific problem that they need help solving, but don't anticipate needing ongoing support.   That's where Project Based works best.  We will work with you on solving the specific challenge your business faces & get you back to driving results. 

• The cost will be determined based on complexity & length of the project, so you know what the project engagement and/or end of project deliverables are and the project cost up front.  

• Our time will be committed--but allocated after our 'Priority Retainer' plan customers.  The Project timeline is set and at the end of the designated timeline, support also ends.

• Change in scope or additional projects? We are more than happy to accommodate with separate scope of work or addendum to the original SOW.
